THE PRINTING PROCESS: Our bags are printed with a process called Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which is a premium type of printing that renders the print to look true to its actual design. When printing on dark-coloured accessories, the item requires a pre-treatment so that the colours do not appear dull by absorbing into the fabric. The pre-treatment process can make the surrounding fabric around the printed area of the garment feel somewhat stiff, but this is perfectly normal and to be expected. No need to worry, this will go away after 2 to 4 washes.
ITEM PROCESSING: This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
